Grape, Apple & Lime smoothie Recipe

1 apple, core and seeds removed
50g plain yoghurt
170ml unsweetened almond milk
40g grapes (any colour)
juice of 1/2 a lime
3 ice cubes
1 large handful fresh spinach leaves

Serves 1

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until creamy.

Consume immediately.
