Ever heard yourself saying that whilst on the treadmill??

I’m pretty sure most of us know that cardio is fantastic for increasing our fitness level and getting our heart rate pumping and for helping our bodies to burn calories. I usually put on a podcast while im working out or doing cardio to make the most of the time

As making cardio more effective AND keeping it interesting can be a bit of a juggling act. 

I know plenty of clients struggle to stay focused on their cardio for a full 35-40 minutes, and I’m sure many of us have had some of these thoughts while we’re doing it!

This gets easier at some point, right? 

Am I dripping in sweat? I feel like I should be dripping in sweat.

I swear, I had 10 minutes left half an hour ago!

Finished! YAY! That wasn’t so bad.

Don’t be afraid to mix-up your routine a little bit if you can’t face another gym session. Try some of these exercises that you don't need to go to the gym for. Sometimes a change of scenery can make all the difference!
