Some sessions are indoors some are outside and we meet 6 days a week all year round - rain or shine! Our Group Fitness programme in Balham is guaranteed to get you in the shape you've always wanted through a variety of strength and endurance exercises that will ignite your metabolism and tone your muscles!

Our Group Fitness workouts offer fun, challenging accountability that focus on high-intensity exercises and functional movements. Established in 2010 we now offer workouts 6 days a week all year round. We use lots of equipment including weights, power bags, balls, ropes, kettlebells, agility kit and body weight. Our progressive timetable gives you great variety and challenges in all aspects of group training. 

We welcome both men and women of all ages and abilities. To support consistent results we offer all our members a complimentary, 1-2-1 drop in session once every 6 weeks at our Tooting Bec studio or offices in central Balham if you want it. Be accountable to us and let us monitor your results and keep you progressing.
